Several hundred people came to enjoy the festivities
Inglewood Park Cemetery held its 3rd annual Día de los Muertos celebration on Sunday, October 26, 2014. Attendance was greater than in previous years.

Prayers were offered by Rev. Fr. Anthony Howard O.F.M., Covn., who gave away a crucifix and portraits of Our Lady of Guadalupe, the Sacred Heart of Jesus and the Immaculate Heart of Mary to persons in attendance celebrating birthdays.

Remarks were given by the Hon. Mayor James T. Butts of Inglewood, and by the Presidents of Inglewood Park Cemetery, Daniel L. Villa, and President of Inglewood Cemetery Mortuary, Todd Beckley.

Entertainment included local performers, the Huitzilopotchtli Aztec Dance Group, led by Sergio Reyna; Grupo Folklorico Macias, led by Daniel Macias; and the Afro-Cuban dance group, Kati Hernandez and Pa' La Orilla featuring members of Rumbankete and Afimaye Galarraga.
